We offer the course twice a year, starting in January and August. Enrollment opens a few months before the course begins, and space is limited to ensure an intimate learning experience.

Why is there an application fee, and is it refundable?
The $150 application fee helps cover the administrative time and resources needed to review each application thoroughly, ensuring a good fit for the program. While the fee is non-refundable, if your application is accepted, the full amount will be applied toward your course cost, reducing your total payment.
If I decide the course isn't for me, can I get a refund?
We understand that sometimes plans change or the course may not meet your expectations. To ensure a fair process for all, our refund policy is as follows:
- Full Refund: You may request a full refund within 10 days of registration, provided you have not accessed any course materials.
- Partial Refund: If you’ve accessed the course materials but decide the program isn’t for you, you may be eligible for a partial refund within 10 days of registration, minus a processing fee.
- No Refunds After 10 Days: After 10 days from registration or once you have completed more than 25% of the course content, no refunds will be issued.

What are the certificate requirements?

To receive your certificate, participants must complete a minimum of:
- 80% of live sessions (24 out of 30 hours)
- 100% of recorded content: This includes all teaching videos and guided meditations.
These requirements ensure that you gain the necessary expertise and experience to effectively support others in their integration journeys.
Will I be able to work as a coach after completing the course?
Yes, upon completing the certification, you will be equipped with the skills to work as a certified Psychedelic Integration Coach. While many graduates will be eligible for inclusion in our coach directory, those who require more experience may be offered further mentorship opportunities to ensure they meet the high standards of our referrals.
What ongoing support is available after completing the course?

This mission extends into their in-person and online community, where they offer their Psychedelic Integration Coach Certification Course—a program designed to empower aspiring coaches to support others in integrating their psychedelic experiences meaningfully and effectively.
