Spring Session
Awakening and Relationship
March · 6 weeks
Spring is a time of initiation and a gentle opening of the heart.
In this session we move slowly, listening for what is beginning to stir after winter, and how to meet it with presence.
This container invites relationship, with the body, with master plant teacher Bobinsana, and with what is asking to be released and renewed.
Held as a living ceremonial container, with the option of a guided dieta path or non-dieta participation.
Fall Session
Medicine of the Four Directions September · 5 weeks
Fall is a season of grounding, digestion, and embodied wisdom.
Here we learn how to root more deeply, standing in strength of the mountain, without force and integrating what has been lived.
The work is guided in relationship with Chuchuhuasi, (or other plant teachers) unfolding within the medicine wheel of the Four Directions.
Held as a living ceremonial container, with the option of a guided dieta path or non-dieta participation.Winter Session
Dreaming the Light Back In
December · 5 weeks
Winter invites stillness, dreaming, and restoration.
This is a gentle container, held with care for the nervous system and the quiet work of listening beneath the surface.
Guided by Blue Lotus, without formal dieta, offering rest, nervous system regulation and dreamtime to shape the work.
Ceremonial Offering
About the Journey
Master Plants & Presence is a series of living, seasonal ceremonial containers shaped by over two decades of experience working with plant teachers, integration, and presence-based practice.
This work emerged from years of sitting with people through transition, loss, awakening, and return—and from a deep knowing that what truly supports healing and change is not intensity, but relationship, pacing, and care for the nervous system.
Each seasonal container invites a grounded practice of listening—to the body, to the plants, to the rhythms of nature, and to what is asking to be integrated into daily life. While the plant allies and guiding frameworks shift with each season, the intention remains constant: to slow down, listen deeply, and allow what is no longer serving to gently unravel.
Again and again, I have witnessed that lasting change does not come from force, but from being met, listened to, and supported over time. Each season offers a simple, steady container for working in relationship with plant allies—one that honors the body, the nervous system, and the slow intelligence of integration.
This is not a program to complete.
It is a ceremonial practice of remembrance and relationship, carried into everyday life.
“Master Plants are living wisdom, offering us a mirror to our own awakening. With presence, they guide us beyond the mind's chatter, into the heart of remembrance, healing, and transformation."
