Soul Integration

You're Not Broken.
You're Just Not Home Yet.

Private mentorship for those navigating recovery, spiritual awakening, or deep life transition.

Guided by Howard Lipp PhD.

Watch: What is Soul Integration?

In this short video, I share why I created this work, how the process unfolds, and who it’s truly for.

If you’re navigating recovery, spiritual awakening, or a major life transition, you may not need more insight. You may need a grounded path back to yourself, and steady support as you begin to live differently.

That is the heart of this work.

Soul Integration is my private 1:1 mentoring process for people who are ready to stop circling the same patterns and begin turning awareness into lived change. It was born out of my own path, and out of years of walking beside others as they faced the breakdown of old identities, unresolved pain, and the call to live more truthfully.

This work helps you reclaim your center, interrupt the cycles that keep you stuck, make peace with the past without getting lost in it, and begin living from what is real in you.

There are two ways people usually enter this work.

Soul Integration
For those moving through spiritual awakening, post-psychedelic integration, emotional upheaval, or a major life transition and wanting grounded support to embody what they are seeing and learning.

Sober Soul Integration
For those in recovery, or questioning their relationship to substances, patterns, and self-abandonment, who want a deeper path of healing rooted in honesty, regulation, responsibility, and a return to inner steadiness.

Meet Your Guide

Hi, I’m Dr. Howard Lipp.

And I’ve walked the road you might be on right now — the one that feels like something is wrong with you, but you can’t name what.

For years, I carried a quiet hum of shame I couldn’t name.
Addiction numbed it. Achievement masked it. But underneath? I was stuck in my own mind.

Psychedelics and plant medicine cracked me open. But the real shift came through integration— the deep work of learning not to believe everyt thought I had.
I wasn’t broken. I was buried.

And now, I help others uncover the self beneath their noise.

This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about remembering who you were before the noise.

What We’ll Work Through Together

We’ll move through the five dimensions of Soul Integration — rooted in lived experience, not spiritual fluff.

Each session builds on the last, and together they support you in:

  • Reclaiming your mind (no more inner critic driving the show)

  • Healing old patterns that keep you stuck

  • Living in the present without needing to be perfect or enlightened

  • Integrating insights into real-life growth

  • Returning to the self underneath the roles, noise, and conditioning

3. Align Values with Action
Clarify what matters — and begin making choices that match.

4. Integrate the Relational Field

5. Live the Integration
Leave with a rhythm that supports your wholeness, long after our work ends.

What People Are Saying

“You don't need to be fixed. You need to remember who you are and start living from that place. If that sounds like what you'r here for...I'm here for that too. Let's make it real.”

My Story:Breaking the Thought Loop

For a long time, I believed something was wrong with me.
Not in a dramatic way—just a quiet, constant hum of shame and not-enoughness.

Addiction numbed it.
Achievement masked it.
But underneath, I was stuck in a mental loop of self-doubt and noise I couldn’t escape.

That started to shift when I began working with psychedelics, therapy, and spiritual traditions including Daoism, Kabbalah, Recovery, and Indigenous Wisdom.
And I saw it: I wasn’t broken.
I was addicted to my own thoughts.

Seriously; thoughts are the original drug. and we are addicted to thinking.
The highs of self-importance.
The lows of self-loathing.
The endless overthinking that feels like progress but leads nowhere.

The turning point came when I stopped believing every story my mind told me.
I learned to watch the patterns, witness the loops, and stop taking the whole show so personally.

That’s where the freedom is. It’s not in escaping your mind, but in realizing you don’t have to believe everything it says.

Now, I help others do the same.

  • We’ll face the stories that run your life.

  • We’ll interrupt the patterns that keep you stuck.

  • And we’ll get you back to you not the mind made version, the real one underneath.

This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about remembering who you were before the noise.

Let’s do that.
